Our Upcoming Month at the Sol Rouge Vineyard
We arrived to the Sol Rouge Vineyard last night. We are excited about all the wine opportunities that this experience will provide! We are already scheduled to help bottle the wine on Monday morning so stay tuned for an entry regarding that. There will also be tasks to be done in the vineyard which Maria is super excited about.
We took a few photos today during our walk to get acquainted with the area. In addition to the work tasks, we also look forward to the Sol Rouge wine that will be available. Tonight we had some Viognier with our salmon, asparagus and black beans. We loved the peach and cantaloupe aromas and flavors of peach, oak and citrus.
